1. Refunds for Astrology Services
Astrology-related services are personalized, time-based, and digitally delivered.
Therefore:
❌ No refunds will be provided for the following:
- Paid astrology consultations (chat, phone, video)
- Personalized Kundli reading reports
- Free or paid digital astrological guidance
- Interpretation-based services
Refunds are not given for dissatisfaction, expectations, or change of mind.
Refunds apply ONLY in one case:
✔️ If a physical astrology-related product is damaged (covered in Section 2 below).
2. Refunds for Physical Products
Refunds for physical items are allowed only under specific conditions:

You are eligible for a refund ONLY if:
- The product is damaged, broken, or defective
- Damage is reported within the allowed time window:
- Within 24 hours of receiving general products
- Within 14 days for Gemstones and Luckystones
- Within 24 hours of receiving general products
❌ Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Wrong order selection by the customer
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with appearance or belief-based results
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products used, altered, or handled improperly
- Delay caused by courier companies
3. Damage Claim Requirements (Mandatory)
To approve a refund or replacement, you must provide clear evidence:
- Unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
- Photos showing the damage on the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Order ID and delivery proof
Without proper evidence, the claim will be rejected for safety and verification purposes.
4. Replacement Policy
If eligible, you may opt for a replacement instead of refund.
Replacement will be provided when:
- The item is damaged on arrival
- The claim is reported within 24 hours (or 14 days for gemstones/luckystones)
- Proof of damage is verified
Replacements depend on stock availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Astrology consultations (chat, phone, video)
- Kundli PDF reports
- Personalized astrology-related documents
- Opened or used spiritual products
- Any item damaged due to customer handling
- Products without original packaging
- Gifts or promotional items
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Since we begin processing immediately, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
7. Refund Method
If you are eligible for a refund (for damaged products only):
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
- Bank transfer (for COD orders)
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
Bank details must be provided by the customer in case of COD refund.
8. Special Notes
- Saarvya Gyaan is not responsible for delays caused by courier service providers.
- Refund or replacement approval is at the sole discretion of Saarvya Gyaan after verifying evidence.
- Any fraudulent, manipulated, or staged claims will be rejected immediately.
