1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
- Orders are dispatched only after successful payment verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require verification via phone/WhatsApp before dispatch.
Processing may take longer during festivals, high-volume periods, or unexpected delays.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, your order will typically reach you within:

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD on selected products and pin codes.
Conditions:
- COD availability may vary depending on your area.
- Additional COD fee may apply (visible at checkout).
- COD orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation.
- Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled by Saarvya Gyaan.
6. Packaging & Safety
All products are packed securely with appropriate material (bubble wrap/box) to ensure safe delivery and minimize damage during transit.
7. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- A tracking ID will be shared with you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- You can track the real-time status of your shipment using the link provided.
8. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
Our courier partners will typically make 1–3 delivery attempts.
Your order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) if:
- You are unreachable
- Delivery address is incorrect
- The parcel is refused
- Delivery attempts fail
If RTO occurs due to customer error, reshipping charges will apply.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control:
- Festivals and holiday rush
- Courier operational delays
- Weather disruptions or natural disasters
- Strikes or government restrictions
- Remote location challenges
Saarvya Gyaan is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external conditions.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If an order is delayed, returned, or cancelled due to:
- Wrong address
- Incorrect pincode
- Missing/delayed contact details
Saarvya Gyaan will not be responsible, and extra charges may apply for reshipping.
