We provide both free and paid astrology-based services, which include:

  • Free Janam Kundli (digital PDF)
  • Free 3-question astrology guidance
  • Paid astrology consultations (chat, phone, video — rolling out soon)
  • Paid personalized Kundli reading reports
  • Physical spiritual products including photo frames, idols, gemstones, luckystones, etc.

Currently, only chat-based consultations are active.
Other services will be launched in the upcoming days.

2. Spiritual & Educational Disclaimer

  • All astrology insights are based on traditional astrological principles.
  • They are meant for spiritual, cultural, and educational purposes only.
  • We do not provide:
    • Medical advice
    • Legal advice
    • Financial guidance
    • Psychological counselling

You agree that Saarvya Gyaan is not responsible for personal decisions made based on predictions or guidance.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate birth details (date, time, place).
  • Not misuse or spam our WhatsApp, website, email, or social media channels.
  • Not redistribute, resell, or republish any Kundli reports or content.
  • Not copy, modify, or use our materials for commercial purposes.
  • Use services respectfully and refrain from abusive behaviour.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or denial of service.

4. Payment Terms (Paid Services)

For future paid consultations and reports:

  • Full payment is required before service begins.
  • Payments must be made through Razorpay.
  • Service will not start until the payment is verified and confirmed.
  • No refunds will be issued once a service is delivered.

Astrological services, being time-based and personalized, are strictly non-refundable.

5. Physical Product Policy

We sell spiritual and astrology-linked physical items. Policies include:

  • All products are shipped by Saarvya Gyaan.
  • Delivery timeframe: 5 to 14 days, depending on location.
  • Damaged items are eligible for replacement only, not refund.
  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • For Gemstones and Luckystones, the replacement window is 30 days from delivery.
  • Returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage.

Customers must provide clear video/photo proof of the damaged product.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available under Saarvya Gyaan is protected, including:

  • Kundli reports
  • Templates
  • Website content
  • Social media content
  • Product designs
  • Brand name, logo, and elements

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without written permission.

Unauthorized usage may lead to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for decisions, outcomes, or actions taken based on our readings.
  • We do not guarantee accuracy of predictions or future results.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
  • We are not liable for technical errors, website downtime, or unexpected data loss.

Your use of our services is voluntary and at your own discretion.

8. Right to Refuse or Modify Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to any user engaging in abusive or fraudulent behaviour
  • Modify our pricing, offerings, or services at any time without notice
  • Discontinue or upgrade services as necessary
  • Cancel orders if fraudulent activity is detected

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The laws of India govern these Terms.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
